The department provides assistance with various land use issues and ensures compliance with existing regulations. Other functions of this department include the enforcement of adopted building code regulations, emergency 911 addressing, and providing assistance to other County and City Departments.

Planning and Zoning meetings are held every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m.
